Established in Vancouver’s West End, Central Presbyterian Church chose to remain Presbyterian following the 1925 church union that formed the United Church of Canada, grounding its ministry in Reformed theology. Its deep roots trace back to Scottish settlers, French Huguenots, and early Canadian Presbyterian traditions dating to the late 1700s.

Today, Central Presbyterian remains a vibrant community hub, offering uplifting worship, active outreach, and support for diverse groups across the city.Â
